The Umbrella Academy is not able to stay together after #5 and #6 die, and Reginald’s egomania continues to grow.
In the comic book adaptation, it’s revealed that Reginald had a complicated past. In the first season, Reginald’s words “to save the world” seemed to refer to an apocalypse. Despite his heroic intentions, the story remains mysterious. It’s unclear how Reginald came by his gift of magic, and his fate is unknown, and his mystery was carries over to the TV adaptation of the series.

Unlike her adoptive mother, Lila is not an orphan or an assassin, but rather, one of the 43 children born on Oct. 1, 1989.
In the graphic novel, Lila is adopted by the Handler, who is responsible for the deaths of her parents. She eventually learns that The Handler is responsible for her parents’ deaths, which causes her feelings for Diego to grow. This makes her go back in time and confess her feelings for Diego. However, Diego’s actions are not reflected in the graphic novel, and the author makes sure to leave no stone unturned to make the situation right.
The Umbrella Academy has become a humorous, exciting, and engaging series, but it still needs to do more to include non-white characters. Although the series features Diego and Allison, it has failed to include more diverse characters, such as Lila. The Umbrella Academy is a diverse school and its characters should reflect that. Lila’s story is particularly poignant. She was only four years old when her parents died, but her story carries much weight because of this.
The Umbrella Academy season two ended on a cliffhanger, suggesting that there is more story to be told. Netflix has yet to confirm whether or not it will continue the series. However, the popularity of the series suggests that it could go on for a second series. It is highly unlikely that The Umbrella Academy will not reach the same high ratings that the first series did. But, if the show continues to be successful, fans will be delighted.
